Chacha and Fruit Spirits - Wine Store Orbeliani

Chacha is Georgian grape spirit. It is distilled from the pomace — the grape skins and seeds left after pressing the wine. Good chacha is clean and aromatic and keeps the character of the grape; aged in oak barrels it gains soft notes of vanilla and wood.
