History of Kakhetian Mtsvane
Kakhetian Mtsvane is a traditional Georgian white grape variety originating in Kakheti, particularly in the Gurjaani and Sagarejo areas. Despite the name, the grape itself is not green — the name refers to the “green” stage of ripening.
