History - The history of Peradze Winery begins in 2017, when Irakli Peradze transformed his special passion for winemaking into a business and established a family cellar. From the very initial stage, the focus was placed on producing high-quality products. Initially, the company produced 6 varieties, approximately 10,000 bottles of premium class wine per year, which were sold on the local market. The fusion of ancient winemaking traditions and culture with modern technologies and standards contributed to the company's development, enabling the production of distinctive, high-quality, and diverse wines. Over the years, both the volume of production and the variety of wine types, as well as the sales market, grew significantly. It is worth noting that in its very first year, Peradze Winery's wines earned well-deserved recognition from both wine professionals and enthusiasts. Location - Peradze Winery is located near Tbilisi, in Armazi, just 4 km away from the historic and culturally rich town of Mtskheta. Beautiful nature, nearby historical monuments, a modern facility, a well-arranged territory, and most importantly, the finest Georgian wine guarantee a fantastic mood and positive emotions for our guests. Production Infrastructure - In 2024, Peradze Winery opened a brand-new facility built to modern standards and equipped with the latest machinery and technology. This facility integrates a winery, a cellar, a laboratory, a tasting space, and a wine shop. Our premium class wine is crafted from the finest selected grape varieties grown in the three main viticulture and winemaking regions of Georgia: Kakheti, Shida Kartli, and Imereti. Today, the annual production volume ranges from 80,000 to 100,000 bottles of wine. The assortment is highly diverse, bringing together fifteen different types of wine.
