Pet-Nat Wine Tasting: Raw, Authentic, and Bubbly
Pét-Nat (Pétillant Naturel) represents the most authentic form of sparkling wine, made using the ancient Méthode Ancestrale. Unlike traditional Champagne, Pet-Nat is bottled while still completing its original fermentation, creating a wild, lively, slightly cloudy sparkling wine filled with explosive fruit aromas.
At our wine tasting, you will have the opportunity to taste both white and rosé Pet-Nats made from unique Georgian grape varieties such as Mtsvane, Kisi, Khikhvi, Chinuri, Krakhuna, and Tsitska. Additionally, our tasting features exclusive Ice Wines and naturally sweet Late Harvest wines, renowned for their rich aromas and refined balance.
Late Harvest & Ice Wine Tasting: Pure Nectar from Late-Season Grapes
Produced from grapes harvested late in autumn or winter when sugars and flavors are densely concentrated, Late Harvest and Ice Wine style creations offer an exquisite harmony of natural sweetness and crisp acidity. Expect rich layers of honey, dried apricots, citrus peel, and white flowers.
