Our selection includes dry, semi-dry, and semi-sweet red wines from Georgia’s most important wine regions — from Kakheti to Racha-Lechkhumi. 🍷 Eclipse Winery – “Moon Kiss” 2020 Dry Red Wine Produced from Saperavi grapes grown in Kakheti. Fermentation took place in Italian amphorae on full skins with six months of skin contact, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels. A structured and expressive wine with depth and character. 🍷 Koncho & Company – Qvareli Special Reserve 2016 Dry Red Wine (Protected Designation of Origin) A wine aged for 48 months in oak barrels. It features a well-developed bouquet of ripe cherry, black cherry, and blackberry, complemented by notes of dark chocolate, dried plum, pepper, cured meat, and smoke. Full-bodied, soft, with ripe tannins and a long, harmonious finish. Perfect with grilled red meat and aged cheeses. 🍷 Orilo Winery – Khashmi Saperavi 2021 Dry Red Wine Family-owned winery with vineyards over 60 years old. The wine is deep ruby in color with good clarity. Soft, floral aromas with hints of rose. On the palate, it is rounded and smooth, with light tannins and balanced acidity. 🍷 Chigogidze Winery – Usakhelouri 2024 Semi-Sweet Red Wine One of Georgia’s rarest and most valuable wines, produced in the Racha-Lechkhumi region. Ruby-colored, with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and cherry. Natural sweetness is perfectly balanced with lively acidity, creating a long and elegant finish. 🍷 Khmelo Winery – Bolnisi Red 2021 Dry Red Wine Produced using traditional Georgian methods from Shavkapito grapes grown in the Bolnisi microzone. Dark cherry color with aromas of cherry, raspberry, and red berries. Recommended with grilled meats and aged cheeses. 🍷 Anemo – Aleksandrouli & Mujuretuli Dry Red Wine From the Racha region, fermented on full skins. Aromas of berries and violet, moderate acidity, soft and expressive tannins, and a pleasant, long-lasting finish. 🍷 Monastruli – Aleksandrouli & Mujuretuli Dry Red Wine Produced from endemic Racha grape varieties. Dry in style, with velvety texture, rich tannins, and the distinctive character typical of Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli wines. 🍷 Château Buera – Red Reserve Dry Red Wine Produced in the Napareuli microzone from Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Cabernet Franc (30%), and Malbec (10%). Aged 12 months in French oak barrels and an additional 12 months in bottle. Elegant, structured, and complex. 🍷 Chelti Winery – Saperavi Qvevri 2016 Semi-Dry Red Wine Traditional qvevri wine made from Saperavi grapes grown in Chelti vineyards. Despite spontaneous fermentation, the wine retains a small amount of residual sugar, combined with intense tannins and high alcohol. Dark ruby color with notes of blackcurrant, wild berries, blackberry, and spices. Best paired with red meat and cheese. 🍷 Barbale – Khvanchkara 2020 Semi-Sweet Red Wine A strictly controlled appellation wine from the Khvanchkara microzone, made from Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli grapes. Light red in color with aromas of cherry, blackberry, and plum jam. Well-balanced with a smooth, lingering sweetness. 🍷 Château Sighnaghi – Khvanchkara 2023 Semi-Sweet Red Wine Produced from a blend of Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli wines from the Racha region. Garnet-colored with dominant cherry aromas, followed by velvety raspberry notes. 🍷 Enovani – Khvanchkara 2024 Semi-Sweet Red Wine Produced in the village of Baji, within the Khvanchkara microzone. Aromas of ripe berries, cherry, blackberry, and raspberry. Lively acidity balanced with gentle sweetness. Excellent with fruit desserts, chocolate, dried fruits, and churchkhela. 🍷 Tibaaneli Winery – Kindzmarauli Semi-Sweet Red Wine, Produced from Saperavi grapes grown in the Kindzmarauli microzone of Kakheti. Deep ruby color with pronounced varietal aromas of cherry and blackberry. Velvety, harmonious, and well-balanced. Recommended with fruit, dried fruits, churchkhela, and chocolate desserts.
